Strategic Vendor Solutions was built to solve a problem most small businesses don’t have time to deal with: vendor oversight.
Payroll providers, payment processors, internet services, software subscriptions, waste removal, and other vendors quietly increase costs over time. Contracts auto-renew. Fees change. Services stack up. And because business owners are focused on running the business, no one is regularly checking whether those vendors still make sense.
That’s where we come in.
We provide independent vendor oversight for small businesses. Our role is simple: we review key vendors, monitor fees and contracts, and make sure pricing and services remain fair, appropriate, and aligned with your business—without disrupting operations or forcing unnecessary changes.
We are not a vendor. We are not tied to any single provider. And we are not here to sell you new systems you don’t need.
Our clients include restaurants, retail stores, churches, and Main Street businesses that want peace of mind knowing someone is watching the details—so they don’t have to.
Vendor oversight isn’t about cutting corners. It’s about stewardship, accountability, and protecting your bottom line from slow, unnoticed cost creep.
At Strategic Vendor Solutions, we quietly handle vendor oversight in the background—so business owners can stay focused on what matters most.
I started Strategic Vendor Solutions with a simple belief: Main Street businesses deserve the same level of oversight and protection as large corporations—without the complexity or cost.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked alongside small business owners, pastors, and local operators who wear too many hats. They’re focused on serving customers, employees, and their communities—not on re-reading vendor contracts or tracking down why costs keep creeping up year after year. What I saw again and again wasn’t bad vendors, but a lack of time and oversight.
I created Strategic Vendor Solutions to be that extra set of eyes for Main Street. My role isn’t to sell new systems or force change. It’s to quietly make sure the businesses that hold our communities together aren’t overpaying, overlooked, or taken for granted.
I take a practical, relationship-first approach. Vendor oversight is about stewardship, accountability, and protecting the hard work that goes into building a local business. When small businesses are supported and protected, neighborhoods and families are stronger because of it.
I work directly with every client and believe the best results come from long-term relationships built on trust, transparency, and genuine care for the people behind the business.
